Mr. Sage A. Mauldin is Adjunct Professor of Human Relations, The University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma and currently serves as a reviewer for the Critical, Social Justice, and Diversity Perspectives track for the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) and the Psychology of Human Resource Management track for Psychology Research. Mr. Mauldin earned a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma. His research interests include organizational culture, identity, microaggressions, and sexual minorities in the workplace.

A believer in activism, Mr. Mauldin regularly contributes as a Guest Columnist for The Norman Transcript, Norman, Oklahoma’s newspaper. For the newspaper, he addresses issues concerning lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) persons. In addition, he is authoring a college textbook, titled “LGBT Issues in America,” that will be published by Cognella Academic Publishing in August of 2018.
