Lisa Cummings is Director of Total Rewards for Chesapeake Energy. In this function, Lisa leads the compensation and benefits efforts for the Fortune 500 Energy Corporation. This includes: compensation, executive compensation, benefits, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and payroll. Cummings joined Chesapeake in October 2014.
With over 30 years of HR experience- mostly located in rewards, benefits, and compensation- Cummings lays claim to a diverse, seasoned, and accomplished career. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Cummings served organizations such as PlainsCapital, Moneygram International, and Mercer Human Resource Consulting. In addition, Cummings served in a variety of capacities with Cadbury Schweppes, Kerr McGee, Dell Computer Corporation, and Halliburton.
Cummings holds a Bachelors of Accounting. In addition, she holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College Of Law.
