Jody (Hilburn) Druckenmiller, Class of 2004

I received my Masters in Human Relations degree in 2004. I have been an employee of Tinker Air Force Base since 1988. Shortly after obtaining my degree, I applied, and received, a promotion. This absolutely improved my career path going forward. The knowledge and skills obtained were outstanding. One of my Professors had us a take a personality test. The results of the test provided a better understanding of myself, as well as others, including my family members. Understanding the different personalities and how they interact within an organization is crucial. I now apply these skills daily. Something else I enjoyed was the atmosphere of every class I attended. The Professors were always interesting and respectful of the students. Classmates were friendly. I ended up creating friendships that lasted for years after receiving my degree. I would recommend this program for all careers. Accomplishing a Master's degree can be challenging in itself, especially if you already have a full-time career and family. The program was flexible, worked for my schedule, and had tremendous rewards. I can't say enough about it. If you are hesitating to enroll, as I once was, don't! You won't regret it. It will be fun and go by quickly!
