Hello Dr. Long,

I know I am late in getting my testimonial to you after it was requested in June of this year. Because I have some time off during these holidays I am able to complete those tasks that have been put off far too long.

After graduating with my Human Relations graduate degree I’ve learned that it is very broad in nature, that many don’t know what it is and I’ve experienced having to defend, explain, and justify this degree. With that said, I am very proud of this accomplishment which has served me very well.

My emphasis is on Organizational Development so I’ve noticed my perspective is usually a bit different (in a good way) than others while working on projects or in a team environment. Over time I’m realizing that my calling is to serve the community. Below is my bio to give you an idea of what I’m doing and what I’ve done. As we know, conversations on racial reconciliation have ramped up in our country the past few years and I am organically a part of the solution, rather than the problem. Human Relations has helped shape who I am as a community servant and leader changing lives one relationship at a time.
